What about the delivery process?

A. We can deliver your chesterfield worldwide. We have exported to over 100 countries and handle all the export documentation and liaise directly with overseas shippers and agents, the export process is very simple and stress free.

UK deliveries are undertaken by specialised furniture delivery companies offering a 'white glove' service. Our sofas are hand made to order and as such may take up to 6 weeks to manufacture. Special clearance items, ex display or showroom items are often available from stock, enabling much quicker delivery times. You will be given an estimated delivery date at time of order.

How can I protect and clean my furniture?

Our Chesterfields are easy to keep clean. Usually a wipe down with a damp cloth is all that is needed to keep your chesterfield looking great. We also offer a leather cleaning kit available here.

What kind of guarantee / warranty do you provide?

As our chesterfields are the best in the business we are happy to offer a 10 year frame guarantee and a 2 year guarantee against all other defects. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Can I supply my own fabric?

We are happy to work with any fabric or leather that you can supply. We would, however, initially advise on the suitability of any fabric/leather and work with you to ensure a pleasing result.

Are you able to customize furniture?

As we manufacture all of our furniture ourselves, we are able to offer a bespoke, made to measure service on all new items. We can make any chair or sofa, lower, higher, longer, deeper, firmer or softer. In fact if you have any special requirements we will be happy to quote you.

How do you keep your prices low?

We sell direct to the end user from the factory cutting out the middle men. Selling on a large scale enables us to produce, warehouse and deliver on better economic terms. Our policy is to offer superior quality products and services for the best possible price.

How can I get a sample of leather?

You can contact any of our sales representatives and they will be happy to send out a sample of leather or fabric. Alternatively you can visit any of our showrooms where you will see a massive selection of leather and fabrics.
